The schedule on the website is tricky but it is THERE.
We have such a great array of classes that include Colleen and Paul.
We have one of the best Pilates teachers ever. Paul W., 8 am Mondays.
We are thrilled to have Gail and Kelley#1 on Tues. and Kelly #2 on Thurs. nights.
Chair Yoga is for everyone at 10 :30 am on Thursday with Peggy.
