Eileen became interested in yoga about twenty years ago as a path to enhance her physical well-being and flexibility, and began daily practice in 2001. Little did she know that yoga would enhance every aspect of her life, especially interactions with friends and family. In September of 2006 she began teacher training at Breathe Joy Yoga in Sharon, MA.
By the Fall of 2007 Eileen became a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor, accredited in Hatha Yoga, with the goal of sharing the benefits of yoga with others. Eileen integrates Hatha, Kripalu, Kundalini and other yoga traditions in her approach to both her own practice and sharing yoga with others. She continually deepens her practice by attending workshops in all disciplines (Ashtanga, Anusara, Vinyasa, Dynamic Gentle Yoga, Kundalini, Hatha, etc.) as well as attending at least one class a month taught by another teacher. In her classes, Eileen focuses on creating a non-competitive environment where students can bring awareness to the breath and the body, as well as strengthen and stretch, while nurturing self-acceptance. back
Usuii Reiki Master/Teacher
Carol has been practicing yoga and meditation for many years and received her yoga teacher certification in 2010 through Diane Kovanda at Kind Yoga School on Cape Cod. Since then she has continued her exploration of mindfulness, meditation and yoga by attending many programs, workshops and classes including Children’s Yoga Certification, Yoga for Breast Cancer, and many meditation programs. She currently teaches yoga and meditation classes on the South Shore. She became an Usuii Reiki Master/Teacher through Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Libby Barnett, M.S.W. At Brigham & Women’s Hospital she spent a number of years using this ancient, gentle healing practice on many floors of the hospital but most often with oncology patients. This experience truly changed her life and made her more passionate about sharing the importance of breathing and bringing more awareness into our everyday life. Her class is a Kripalu based gentle practice of compassion for ourselves and others, mindfulness, reflection, breath work, time spent listening to our own bodies, and, of course, humor. When we practice these things on the yoga mat, we will be truly amazed at what we learn about ourselves and others. When we truly become more aware we can take our yoga off the mat and into the world. back

Ashley Ware is an outgoing, loving, and compassionate human who has dedicated her life to helping others heal themselves. Struggling for years and years in the flailing darkness of depression, CPTSD, and anxiety, she has now come to a place of strength, health, and hope. This is in no small part due to yoga. Discovering the practice over 10 years ago, she has learned that her body--and mind--are not her enemies; in fact they are her greatest teachers, guides, and friends. With a 200HR Certification in Orthopedic Yoga Therapy and a 15HR Certification in Yin Yoga, she has since turned her inner teachings outward--to her students and clients--in order to offer them a chance to find the rewards of an embodiment practice for themselves.
