The word Yoga means Union.
The YogaConnection, a Kripalu Affiliated Studio, offers many avenues for people to connect and be part of a wonderful community. Here is what our studio offers:
Kripalu Yoga
What distinguishes Kripalu Yoga from other Yoga Traditions? In Kripalu Yoga practice begins gently with an emphasis on breath, relaxation and self-acceptance. As practice deepens, each person chooses a comfortable level at which to work. Kripalu Yoga recognizes that everyone body is different and see yoga postures as tools to release chronic tension. Kripalu Yoga is taught in three stages that awaken the life force of the body. The overall experience is one of deepened awareness.
Serene Studio Setting
Our studio offers a quiet space in which to practice yoga. No distractions such as loud music and weights clanking. Our classes are small and supportive. Students are encouraged to work at their own level of comfort.
Experienced Teachers
The expertise of our teachers is Yoga. Each has been a student of yoga philosophy and physical technique for many years. Some hold additional certifications in Prenatal Yoga and Partner Yoga. All are registered with the National Yoga Alliance as well as members of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association.
