offers many avenues for people to connect
and be part of a wonderful
community. A serene studio dedicated solely to yoga, small
supportive
classes and
expert teachers registered with the National Yoga Alliance await you.
 are encouraged to work at their own level of comfort. Each of our
teachers has
been a student of yoga philosophy and physical technique for
many years. Some hold
additional certifications in Prenatal Yoga and
Partner Yoga and many are
members
of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association.
 , we offer specialized classes and workshops, yoga therapy
programs, Reiki, offsite yoga classes, and an
onsite wellness center
providing massage, psychotherapy and more.

Colleen's Sunday morning class runs from 9:00 - 10:15am
