Dear All, We need to be careful right now that we don’t share our coughs, stuffy noses and scratchy throats. Please stay home! And please, please, bring your own mat and maybe your own blanket to yoga class. We want to keep everyone healthy and safe as best we can. Please call me direct if you feel you want to choose to put your classes on hold if you need to. We need to stop being fearful and start being good hand washers. This too shall pass. Listen to your body and especially to your heart. Sending you warm sunrises and a beautiful Full Worm Moon this week. Missing all of you..., but taking care of myself.
