Students are encouraged to work at their own level of comfort. Each of our teachers has been a student of yoga philosophy and physical technique for many years. Some hold additional certifications in Prenatal Yoga and Partner Yoga and many are members of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association.
In addition, we have in the past offered specialized classes and workshops, yoga therapy programs, Reiki and offsite yoga classes, plus onsite massage and psychotherapy, and hope to again! Learn more here...

Barbara has been practicing and teaching Yoga for over 50 years. She sees herself as a facilitator who encourages others to do their own Yoga practice. Her focus is helping others to breathe freely, to relax completely, and to allow the body to express itself from the inside out. Barbara works with couples in therapy, using Yoga as a healing tool.
