In addition to our class offerings, the YogaConnection offers the following specialized classes, programs, workshops, and wellness services. Please call for details.

Specialized Classes and Workshops
We offer special yoga classes for Kids and Prenatal. Periodically we invite guest teachers to conduct workshops. We also offer our own special events, some of which include Solstice Celebrations, Labyrinth Walks, Couples Workshops, Yoga for a Better Back, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga With A Chair.

Yoga Therapy Programs
Work privately with one of our teachers to develop an individualized yoga program. These classes are suited to those needing to manage high stress or have specific health concerns such as chronic illness, injury, or pain.

Mentoring Classes
This new program begins in the Fall of 2006. Mentoring classes are designed for the serious student or the student contemplating Yoga Teacher Training. This six month program will help to deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy and anatomy. Classes will be held on the third Saturday of the month beginning September 16, 2006, from 1pm to 3pm. Yoga To Go
Why not hold a yoga class where you live or work? For a set fee, we will come to you and teach an individual or group class. We are happy to teach classes in homes, clubhouses, libraries, schools or business settings.

Wellness Center
Within the same building as our studio there is a Massage Therapist, a Psychotherapist, and a Tai Chi Teacher.
